Head over to our Returns Portal, generate a pre-paid return label, and send your current pair back.
On the Returns Portal, enter your order number and the zip code of the shipping address.
Next, select an item that you would like to return or exchange. If you need to exchange one shoe, click the entire item as seen below.
Next, select if you a returning an item for a refund or gift card (your choice) or if you would like to exchange an item for a new size or color. When will I receive my refund?
If you are returning the item, you can choose if you want a gift card emailed to you as store credit or if you would like a refund to the original payment method.
If you are exchanging the item, you can exchange it for any item we have available regardless of price.
What Can I Exchange
If you bought a pair of shoes for $129 then you can get another pair of shoes for the same price.
If you bought a pair of shoes for $129 and would like to buy more than $129, you can pay the difference upon checkout.
If you bought a pair of shoes for $129 and would like to exchange it for socks, you can do that as well and we'll refund the difference to your original payment method of a gift card, your choice.
If you bought a pair of shoes on sale for $99 then you can still exchange it for the original value of $129. No need to worry about the sale expiring or needing to use another promo code.
We offer international returns and international exchanges but we do not support the ability to generate pre-paid return labels for international customers yet. You'll need to pay for the return label.
