If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can check the status and ETA by logging in to MyAtoms.
We send an email with tracking when we ship. Occasionally the carrier may show the order as delivered before they deliver it, or it may go to a neighbor. If this happens, can you give a few days for it to show up?
If it still hasn't shown up, please email us at support@atoms.com, we'll send you a replacement.
If possible, when you email us, include the order number, let us know which items you didn't receive, and confirm your address.
