Most shoes have a predefined arch to provide some level of arch support but it may be uncomfortable if you have flat feet or high arches as that predefined support may not match what you need.

We ended up taking a different approach. We developed the mid-sole with a custom foam forms to your feet over time. Think of it like a memory foam mattress for your feet but it'll hold its shape as time goes on giving you a personalized level of arch support. When you read our reviews about how comfortable it is, that is most of our secret sauce.
